Project Requirements:
Complete design and development of a real estate website for a specific metropolitan area mashed up Google Maps API to show property location. The site will be used to display property listings for sale. Automated data feed from local multiple listing system that delivers info and pictures for property listing.
Property seekers - with or without a user account. Without a user account property descriptions are limited and addresses are not shown. If user account is created, ability to save searches, save selected properties and display the saved properties (automatically email new search matches), request property tours, request a property valuation, or make an offer to purchase. User discussion board and calendar.
Development Platform:
